Here are our basic conditions:

Bar exclusive (We are open the only for you)

• Sun/Mon/Tue: 200,- € basic rent / 400,- € minimum turnover
• Wed/Thu:  300,- € basic rent / 500,- € minimum turnover
• Fr/Sa: 400,- € basic rent / 600,- € minimum turnover
